The head and mouth are made from “cookies” cut out of large sections of steel piping. The eyes are small stainless cookies. The body is part of a Ford Cortina engine. The teeth and ridge at the back are from an old shear used to harvest grain and the tail is off a machine that drops seeds into furrows. As with a lot of my work, the feet are portions of old timing gears. The piece is 66” long, 10” high and weighs 38 pounds.
