This is what I think the first flying saucer flight might have looked like. All of the metal pieces are cutoffs from the ends of stainless steel pipes. The saucer is suspended from monofilament line and sports a brass thermostat. The piece is 26” tall and 33” wide and weighs 9 pounds.
